He is survived by: his father Lester Calhoun; his children, Carola Waybright (Michael) of Arbovale, Vickie King (Terry) of Monterey, Julia Galford of Glasgow and Forrest Mullenax (Donna Kay) of Arbovale; and his siblings, Dale Mullenax of Hagerstown, MD, Arthur "Bud" Mullenax of Durbin, Wallace Mullenax of Bartow, Helen Cook of Falling Waters, WV, Arlene Hause of Hagerstown, MD, Charlene Gossard of Hagerstown, MD and Linda Mullenax of Elkins. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; as well as three great-great-grandchildren.
