He is survived by: his wife Kay Garrett (Fox); his children, Dawayne Garrett (Lori), Denise Carter (Timmy), Jackie Boatright (Rick), Denny Fox (Stacey) and Julie Garrett (Danny); his grandchildren, Nickolas Garrett (Tiffany), Quinton Garrett (Melanie), Dustin Crislip, Ryleigh Garrett, Adam Carter, Bridget Carter, Chasity Garrett, Kyerstan Perkins, Hanna Fox, Brady Fox, Kyleigh Hosey (Zach), Kinley Busam (Lane), Keyton Garrett, Ryan, Colten, Savannah and Ezekiel Wagoner; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Ella, Aiden, Ashton, Maycee, Braxton, Kolton, KarLee, Garrett, PaisLee, Kase, Sayler, Grayden and Annistyn; his sisters, Wilma Momery and Maudie Pfamatter; his sister-in-law Leah Garrett; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Leona Chandler.
Our dad will be greatly missed by many but after the battle he fought courageously for many years with Alzheimer's, he deserved the victory!
