With sadness, we share the passing of Richard Allen LaRue III of Arthurdale, West Virginia. Richard, born on March 27, 1993, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Jean LaRue (Cissy); his aunt Lisa Diane LaRue; his close friend Stevie Nickels; his grandparents, Walter Plum, Madonna Plum (Jean), Richard LaRue Sr. and Wilma LaRue; and his pets, Penny and Trixie.
He is survived by: his father Richard Allen LaRue Jr.; his siblings, Nathan Plum (Becca), Austin Vest, Madonna Minor and Michelle Moran (Justin); his nephew Aaron Minor (Jadin); his nieces, Katelyn, Karagyn, Brooklyn and Lillian Moran; his great-nephews, Elijah, Malichi and Finley; his great-niece Delilah Minor; and his fiancé Stormy. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins; so many irreplaceable friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home and Crematory (13411 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Reedsville, WV 26547). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
