He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou Holstein; his children, Nyoka Taylor (Aaron) of Hernshaw, Bobbie Lambert (Jared) of Barrett and Levi Holstein (Lindsey) of Ashford; his grandchildren, Chace, Wyatt, Julien, Allyson, Aubrey, Kaegan and Austyn; and his siblings, Mary Lou Holstein, Terry Holstein (Mitzi), Chad Holstein (Tiffany) and Mechelle Dunlap (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
