As we bid Madeline farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Madeline is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mitchell and Velva Mitchell; her brother Gary Mitchell; and her grandson Brett Ordaz. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Steele (Diane) of Inverness, FL and Rhonda Dowdy (Genaro) of Chicago, Illinois; her sisters, Joan Dean of Canton, Gail Anderson (James) of Ashford, WV and Patricia Culp (William) of St. Petersburg, FL; Sylvia Williams of Bossier City. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
