He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Ruckman and Pearl Ione Ruckman (Combs). He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Ruckman (Combs); his son Dana C. Ruckman (Kelly); his grandchildren, Tyler S. Blevins, Jason Ruckman, Ashton Ruckman, Alyson Ruckman and Haden Cook; his sister-in-law Debbie Combs; and his friends, Bob, Estelle Odle and Ricky Goldizon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McKee Funeral Home (16700 Northwestern pike, Augusta, WV 26704). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
