He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail O. Bloom and Vera Bloom (Sneathen); and his wife Ida A. Bloom. He is survived by: his children, Joe Bloom of Purgitsville, WV, Craig Brown of Massachusetts, Leslie Taylor of Maryland and Tanya Brown of Maryland; and his grandson Joe Bloom of Providence.
