He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tochterman and Elizabeth Tochterman (Smith); and his brother Michael Tochterman. He is survived by: his wife Linda E. Casper; his sons, James Casper (Miller) of Stephens City, VA, Scott Casper (Jennifer) of Baltimore, MD and Brandon Casper (Angela) of Chesterfield; and his sister Linda Haghgoo of Texas. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
