She is survived by: her boyfriend Phil Haines; her sons, Eddie Colunga of Philadelphia, PA, Barry Colunga of Augusta, WV and Seth Jamison of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Aaron and Nathen Colunga; her great grandchildren, Chole, Carter, Owen and Taylor Colunga; and her brother Wayne Roach.
