He is survived by: his wife Connie Moore; his children, Eric Moore (Misti) and Amber Milburn (Corey); his sister Linda Friel; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alex, Cole, Carley, Chase and Kaelyn; his great grandchildren, Aubriella, Eleanor and Rhiannon; and his son Chuck Mullens.
