He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gene Frost, Leck and Maie Blevins. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Blevins and Deedra Frost Blevins of Avondale; his wife Kayla Blevins; his sons, Malachi and Parker Blevins; his sister Santerra Lester (Ryan) of Iaeger; his grandmother Marie Frost of Ritter; and his cousins, Kendall and Randall Blevins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
