He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Wiley and Elsie Wiley (Roy); and his siblings, Wanda Blankenship, David, Calvin, Joe, Charles, Alice and Louise Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Cline Wiley of Baisden, WV; his children, Carless Michael Wiley (Carrie) of Beckley, WV and Carolyn Cline (Ricky) of Pie, WV; his grandchildren, Michael Shane, Christopher Daniel Wiley, Ricky Ray and Barbie Cline; his sisters, Deloris Browning, Mary May and Leslie West; his stepchildren, Patricia Brown (Nick) of Gilbert, WV and Emmett Cline (Tennille) of Gilbert, WV; his sisters-in-law, Gaynell VanNatter (Gary) of Gilbert, WV and Joyce Groves (Jim) of Gilbert, WV; and his niece Chelsie VanNatter of Gilbert, WV.. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
