He is survived by: his father Andy "Bo" Ellis of Baisden; his fiancée Tammy Cook; his son Blake (Casey Ellis); his brother Michael Ellis of Orlando, FL; and his grandchildren, Lucas and Kinslee Ellis of Baisden.
