She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Callender and Ruth Callender; and her brothers, Kenneth, Ronald and Thomas Callender.

She is survived by: her husband David Paugh; her children, Dawn Kraft (William), Dana Herman (Matthew), Destiny Mullan (Ryan) and David Paugh (Erin); her grandchildren, Zachary Stripling (Madison), Jaina Mullan, Ryan Herman, Aubree Kraft, Benjamin Kraft, Cooper Herman, Ava Mullan and Evan Paugh; her great grandchild Greyson Stripling; and her brother James Callender. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Community Church to support the children's initiatives that Donna passionately championed.
