He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Vince Brannon, Sr. and Shirley Brannon (Collier); his brother Gerald Brannon; and his half-brother Ronny Collier. He is survived by: his sister Betty Cochran of Winchester.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery (2833 Green Spring Rd, Winchester, VA 22603).
