He was predeceased by: his wives, Dorothy Chatterton and Mary Williams; his son Michael; and his grandchildren, Frank Loomis and Sarah Philips.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sherry; and his children, Elmo P. Jr. (Sherry), Daniel (Judith), Nancy Hughes (late Bob), Mable Hudson (late Lorne) and Mary Komm (late Fred). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
