She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter H. Webster and Elizabeth Webster (Miller); her husband Kenneth Victor Tusing; her daughter Lou Anna Gilbert Harman; and her siblings, Mattie V. Tusing, Judy Armstrong and Charles Webster.

She is survived by : her children, Linda J. Ambrose (William) of Delray, WV, Lisa K. Robbins of Springfield, VA and Larry A. Tusing (Sally) of Manassas, VA; and her siblings, Winfred W. Webster of Falls Church, VA and Peggy Riggleman of Moorefield, WV. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
