Richard R. Phebus Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Phebus Sr. of Baker, West Virginia, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert A. Phebus and Wilda Pauline Smith Phebus; his wife Katherine "Kathie" F. Phebus (Heare); his children, Richard R. Phebus (Dawn) of Idaho and Amy T. Phebus of Baker, WV; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Rachel, Wyatt and Gabriel; and his sister Peggy A. Phebus of Baker, WV.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Loy-Giffin Funeral Home (110 W Main St, Wardensville, WV 26851). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM at the same location.
