He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Fox; his children, Dottie Michael of Alderson, Daniel (Patricia Michael) of Marie, Ashby Jr. (Tammy Fox) of Wayside, Timmy (Brenda Fox) of Ballengee, Kathy (Marvin Smith) of Ballengee, Pamela (Steven Koontz) of Greenville and Kevin Fox of Ballengee; his grandchildren, Anthony (Danielle Michael) of Reedsville, Tonya (Matthew Schmuch) of Kill Hills, NC, Marvin Jr. (Tonya Smith) of Wayside, Melissa Fox of Ballengee, Ashley (Chad Boggs) of Union, Vanessa (Kalab Morgan) of Wayside, Timothy Fox of Ballengee, Daniel and Hunter Fox of Wayside; his great grandchildren, Blake, Noah, Gracelyn Smith, Kaylee Ellis, Mason Morgan and Julianna Walker; and his siblings, Gerald (Linda Fox) of Ballard, Cecil (Joyce Fox) of Hilldale, Danny Fox of Barger Springs, Steve Fox of Princeton and Louise Boggs of Lewisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
