He is survived by: his son Jonathan Miller (Brandi) of Catlettsburg, KY; his sister Jennifer McCubbin of California; his stepson Shawn Miller of California; his siblings, Kenneth of Mill City, OR, Tymothy of Mill City, OR, Richard Miller of Mill City, OR, Curt Miller and Susan McLoudrey of San Ramon, CA; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Emma Miller.
