She was predeceased by: her parents, John Offutt and R. Grace Collins Offutt; her husband T. Elwood Moon; her siblings, Alma Offutt Radcliffe (Virgil), Zella Offutt Tolbard (Race) and Robert "Dale" Offutt (Glenna); and her brother-in-law Willard Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney G. Moon (Charlotte) of Charlotte, NC and Kimberly J. Kincell (Donald) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Marcy Moon Turner (Adam) of Raleigh, NC, Jared Moon (Heather) of Charlotte, NC, Kiri Kincell of Morgantown, WV, Keely Kincell Tran (Thomas) of Grand Rapids, MI and Kelsie Kincell Price (Ethan) of Kingwood, WV; her great grandchildren, Jude, Isaac Turner, Philip, Vera Price, Eden Tran, Harrison Price and Baby Tran; and her siblings, Russell J. Offutt (Glafre) of Fairmont and Beulah Offutt Johnson of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
