He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Culp and Ruby Culp (Harvey); his wife Ruby Kate Anthony Culp; his son Charles M. Culp Jr.; his grandson Kalin E. Culp; and his siblings, Shirley Severe, Kenny Culp and John Culp.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Maryann Sharp; his son Vince E. Culp (Darla) of Bayard; his grandchildren, Joshua Culp of Mt. Storm and Kelly Garland (Jayson) of Hagerstown, MD; and his great grandchild Elliott Paige Garland.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bayard Cemetery (1369 Bayard Cemetery Rd, Gormania, WV 26720).
