He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Guy F. Bailey and Delores "Corky" Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Tina Buckner; his parents, Curtis Buckner and Jeanette Buckner of LeRoy; his sister Melissa Vickers (Brian) of Charleston; his children, Franklin Buckner (Megan) of Beaver and Bailey Perry (Taylor) of Charleston; his sibling's children, Jenna Elmore (Johnathan) of Elkview, Lindsay Hogue (Dennis) of Charleston, Wyatt Buckner of Charleston, Lee Bailey of Charleston, Brooke, John and Braylee of Elkview; and his grandchildren, Calvin and Carter Buckner of Beaver. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tilden Community Church (128 Tilden Church Rd, Beaver, WV 25813). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
