She is survived by: her parents, Dusty Hayhurst and Rhonda Hayhurst; her significant other Marc Shepard; her children, Erin Lewis (Derrick) and Ethan Shepard; her sister Rachel Fitzpatrick (Brock); her nephew Ty Fitzpatrick; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Mikayla, Eli, Asa, Jax, Moriah Shepard and Alexis Palmer; Amirah. She is also survived by many friends and special extended family.
