She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Farruggia and Nellie Farruggia; her husband Matt Crook Jr.; her daughter Carmella Crook; her siblings, Jimmy, Manuel, Charlie, Tony, Kelly and Frances; and her son-in-law Kenneth Lee Thurman.
She is survived by: her children, Nellie Bare (Don) of Beckley, Joseph Crook (Sharon) of Hurricane, Mary Moore (Rick) of Owensboro, KY and Michael Crook (Lisa) of Daniels; her grandchildren, Drew Thurman (Jennifer) of Knoxville, TN and Matthew Crook (Amy) of Hurricane; and her great grandchildren, Max Thurman and Luke Crook.
