He was predeceased by: his parents, Osie Holt Bolen and Basil William Bolen, Sr.; his wife Drema Kay; and his sister Sharon Salyers. He is survived by: his sons, James (Angela) of Meadow Bridge and Michael (Angela) of Seaman, OH; his grandchildren, David, Nick, Casey, Morgan, Aaron, Miranda and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Addi and Braxton; and his brothers, Robert, Cletus and Chet.
