She is survived by: her great grandchild Kelly Lee (Josh); her children, Zach, Kayla, Devin Phillips, Caidin England, Addison Phillips, Dana Phillips, Riley Phillips, Ameila, Everly Reynaga and Jarred Phillips (Sarah); her grandchildren, Mayce and Dawson; and her brother Ben York.
