With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Barlow of Beckley, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Edward and Emma Reed Pence; and her brother Robert (Kathryn). She is survived by: her nieces, Lisa Thum and Tara Johnson; and her nephew John E. Pence.
