With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bishop David F. Allen of Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Allen and Alder Irene Allen (Harrison) of Greentown, WV.; and his brothers, Gordon L. Harrison and John J. Harrison (Antonia). He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Allen (Winbush) of Beckley, WV.; his children, Tony (Jaymi), David, Angel, Amber and Alexis (Ronald Jr.); his grandchildren, Deon, Elise, Anthony, David, Devyn, Chrystian, Chrystopher, Chrys-Alden, Chrys-Anna, Ezekiel and Jordyn; his great grandchild Silas; and his siblings, Steven L. Allen of Phoenix, AZ, James M. Allen Sr. (Patricia) of Surprise, AZ, Ellwood Allen Sr., Tracy L. Allen-Swafford (Calvin) of Greentown, WV, Temious W. Allen Sr. (Treasa) of Wilmington, DE and Nicholas Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family one-hour prior.
