He is survived by: his wife Lillian "Corky" Sellards of Beckley; his sons, Scott McGinnis (Cindy) of Columbus, MT and Tom McGinnis (Lisa) of Eccles; his foster son Roger Scarbrough of Pemberton; his siblings, Duane Sellards, David Sellards (Delorise) and Carolyn Stover (Larry); his sisters-in-law, Juanita Sellards, Evelyn McGhee and Lillie Pegram (Jerry); his grandchildren, Michelle Morris (Bobbie), Jennifer McGinnis, Heather McGinnis, Caitlyn McGinnis and Jeremy McGinnis (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Morris (Haley), Jason Morris, Marina McGinnis and Shay McGinnis; his grandchildren, LeAnn Anderson (Dan), Roger Lee Scarbrough, Laura Blevins (David) and Michael Scarbrough (Carmen); his close friends, Jack and Sherry Arthur; and his family Jennifer Freeland (Gar, family: Jimmy McGhee, Brandon Cornett).
