She is survived by: her husband Eric Guy Clemons of Fairdale, WV; her son Jason Blankenship (Melinda) of Sophia, WV; her brothers, Hobert Allen (Joyce) of Fairdale, WV and James Allen (Patty) of Rock Creek, WV; her cousins, Tammy Sauls and Johnny Allen of Fairdale, WV; and her brother-in-law Earl Clemons of Fairdale, WV.. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; 2 grandsons; 1 great-granddaughter.
