She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Collins, Sr.; and her siblings, Anna Clere and Arthur Collins, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Adkins (Stover); her significant other Anthony "Scott" Cunningham; her children, Sueann Jackson (Phillip), Charles Jackson (Angela) and Christopher Jackson (Amy); and her sisters, Juanita Smith and Christine Ward. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.
