He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Sue; his parents, William Earl and Genevive Lacy; and his siblings, Richard, Bill, Leonard, Geraldine, Mary Ellen, Gertrude and Juanita.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob, Violet and Frances; his children, Lesa Williams, Jeff Lacy (Cheryl) and Mark Lacy (Sandra); his grandchildren, Heather James, Stephanie Rubin (Jason), Brandon Lacy (Missy), Chad Williams, Amberly Lacy, Travis Lacy (Abby), Hunter (Anna), Carissa Abitabilo, Zane and Elijah Williams; his great grandchildren, Konner Ray James, Graham Seibert, Wyatt Siebert, Jase Lacy, Jackson Rubin, Lacy Rubin, Brentley and Kenna Higginbotham; and his close friends, Tom and Karen Rubin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cross Point Church (110 Crescent Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored to receive donations to purchase bird feeders and seed for the Raleigh Center.
