He was predeceased by: his parents, J. "Russell" Millsaps and Martha Jo Millsaps; and his brother J. "Toby" Luther Millsaps. He is survived by: his children, Russell Millsaps, Nick MIllsaps, Courtney Meador (Jesse Johnson) and Stevie Parker; his siblings, Jessie "Sissy" Graham (Ike), Ruby King (Doug), Mary Manzano (Michael) and Ernest R. Millsaps; and his grandchildren, Skylah and Kensleigh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
