He is survived by: his nephew Floyd Hilton Lewis Jr.; his niece Karen Johnson (Frank); his great-nephew Frank L. Johnson (Rachel); his great-nieces, Laurel Johnson (Will) and Stacie Johnson; Jemma, Peyton Johnson and Sydney Lola Harris.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor Chapel (748 S Fayette St, Beckley, WV 25801).
