He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clay and Edna Clay; his brothers, James Haynes (Jim), Kenneth Clay (Damon) and Terry Clay; his brother-in-law Charles Clay; and his great grandchildren, Khloe and Kiley Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Clay; his children, Angie Large (Roger), Melinda Price (Jason) and Dallas Lee Clay; his grandchildren, Kaylee Lynn Parker (Michael), D. J. Large, Madison Edens and Owen Clay; his great grandchild Kassie Mae Parker; his siblings, Junior Clay (Betty), Wanda Clay and Robert Clay (Carol); and his sister-in-law Nikki Clay.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bowers Hospice House in honor of Dallas.
