He is survived by: his father Martin Lee Blake; his nephews, Cash Lynch and Samuel Davis; his niece Emily Davis; his sister Sally Ann Blake; his grandmothers, Norma Adkins and Nancy Blake; his uncles, Ralph Adkins and Dennis Adkins; his aunt Christine Lilly; and his friend Danny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
