He was predeceased by: his father Owal Bowyer. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Painter; his wife Sheri Leigh Bowyer (Fazio); his sons, Thad Bowyer (Trish Wolfe) and Tyler Bowyer (Adisa Kuric); his grandson Leon Luka Bowyer; his children, Jordan Bowyer (Mandee Bowyer), Kasey Bowyer and Morgan Bowyer (Robert Akerman); and his siblings, Wilda Archie, Helen (John Daniel), Delma (Sam Vance), Lou Honaker, Linda Chapman, Junior (Dee Bowyer), Bob (Debbie Bowyer), Jerry Bowyer and Jim (Rhonda Bowyer). He is also survived by his five children and two grandchildren.
