He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rahal and Phyllis Rahal; and his brother Samuel "Sammy" Rahal. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Jonathan (Tamara) of Beaver, WV and Samantha Lane (Chris) of Addison, AL; his aunt Patty Moore of Jacksonville, FL; his sister-in-law Sarah Rahal of Beaver, WV; his cousins, Alice Khoury, Doug Elliott, Dennis Elliott, Teresa Arthur, Randy Moore and Ellen Vinson; his great-nephew Connor Lane; and his great-nieces, Carli Rahal, Chloe Lane and Gabi Lane.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that any donation be made to the Raleigh County Humane Society in David's honor.
