He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Andrew and Annie Lynn Fitzpatrick Scurlock. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Woods Scurlock; his sons, Don (Angela Scurlock), Danny Scurlock (Ryane) and Darin Scurlock (Mary); his grandchildren, Hannah Hamrick (George), Kaitlyn Scurlock, Andrew Scurlock, Eli Scurlock, Sadie Scurlock and Samuel Scurlock; his great grandchild Henry Lee Scurlock; his siblings, Jay Scurlock (Sherry), Pam Williams (Joe) and Rod Scurlock (PJ); and his nieces, Jennifer L. Clendenin and Melissa Davis.
