He is survived by: his wife Jenny Kester Phillips; his children, Zachary Phillips (Samantha) of Beaver and Meleaha Phillips Levitt of Beaver; and his grandchildren, Eli Williams, Mikaela Burgess, Jase Levitt, Holden Phillips, Quinn Phillips and Isabella Phillips. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
