He is survived by: his parents, Jonah R. Lilly and Suzann Lilly (Smith); his wife Amy Lilly (Berry); his brothers, Jeffrey Kent Lilly and Richard "Rick" Lilly; his nieces, Leigh Ann (Lilly), Kyle Greene and Kia Boss (Lilly); and his friend Patty Bias.
