He was predeceased by: his father William Fred Kemper (Bill); his wife Betty Jean Walker; his siblings, Charles Williams, John McGuire, Mary McGuire, Helen Fishe, Audrey Matherly, Ray Kemper and Norman Kemper; and his stepsiblings, Rachel Hively, Ike Hively and Johny Hively.
He is survived by: his significant other Ellen Walker; his children, Shirley Beidleman (Dave) of Buckeye, AZ, Barbara Jiannetti (Frank) of St Petersburg, FL, Glenna Snyder of Gallipolis, OH and Michael Lange of Laatzen, Germany; his grandchildren, Jeanine Jiannetti Rivas, Joey Jiannetti, Lisa Beidleman Pond, Gina Beidleman Quitangon and Jason Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Shae Quitangon Johnson, Gicelle Quitangon, Ryan Pond, Autumn Pond, Cali Rivas and Easton Rivas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
