He is survived by: his wife Dreama Justus Lester; his sons, Roger Lester Jr. (Tina) of Virginia and Scott Lester (Karri) of Kentucky; his stepchildren, Janice Hagerman (William McCoy) of Beckley, WV and Clayton Hagerman (Leona) of Pax, WV.; his siblings, Travis Lester (Marcella) of Hanover, WV., Dennis Lester (Donna) of Hanover, WV., Glenn Riffe (LeeAnn) of Hanover, WV. and Sheila Lee of Ikes Fork, WV.; his grandchildren, Alexis Lester (Greg Hare), Isaiah Lester, Liam Lester (Morgan), Macon Lester (Laken), Austin Hagerman, Alissa Bowling (Robert), Amber Hagerman, Autumn Hagerman, Aiden Hagerman and Ashlynn Hagerman; his stepgrandchildren, Hollie McCoy and Austin McCoy; and his great grandchild Landon Bowling.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801).
