She is survived by: her sisters, Margie Lee Adkins, Regina Peters, Barbara Surbaugh and Gayle Bonds; her children, Elden Dale Webb II and Merylus Bongalis; her grandchildren, Jason Bongalis (Lindsay), Monica Tatum (Mason), Michael Webb, Amber Akers (RJ) and Dale Webb (Amy); her brothers, Emmett Adkins Jr. and Donald Adkins; and her friend Donna. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Doug and Lucy Bowers Hospice House in Donna's name, and memory.
