She was predeceased by: her parents, Evert Phillips and Mary Phillips Mayle. She is survived by: her children, Layne Mullins (Dee), Julie Mullins (Chris Cornor) and Shane Mullins (Christy); her grandchildren, Ryan Mullins, Zachary Cornor, Mallory Mullins, Taylor Cornor, Reagan Cornor, Hannah McCarty (Ernie McCarty), Rachel Ring and Adysen Ring; her sister Carolyn Turner (Larry Turner); her great grandchild Emmanuel McCarty; and her friend Dovie Peters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Northgate Baptist Church (301 Pinewood Dr, Beckley, WV 25801).
