He is survived by: his children, Larry Underwood (Peggy) of Maple Fork, Terry Underwood (Shelby) of Oak Hill and Melanie Bower (Jim) of Beckley; his grandchildren, Brittany Stanley (Joe), Jamie Clay and Dawn Ruff (Dave); his sisters, Jackie Skaggs of Maple Fork and Liz Evans of Brooklyn, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Frances Underwood. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
