He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee Cooper and Edna Mae Green Cooper; and his brother Ken Cooper. He is survived by: his son Brad Cooper of Beckley; his nephew Ken Cooper (Amanda) of Beckley; and his aunts, Mary Messersmith, Brenda Wyant (Richard) and Wanda West.
