He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Plumley (Whitt); his son Michael Plumley; his daughter-in-law Lee Ann Plumley of Tega Cay, SC; his granddaughter Britney Plumley; his daughter Selina Vickers (Plumley); his son-in-law Tim Vickers of Edmond, WV; his granddaughter Keagan Vickers; and his niece Brenda Albert of Daniels.
