He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wilburn and Thelma Kincaid Wilburn; his brothers, Robert Wilburn (Carol) and Charles Wilburn (Malita); and his siblings-in-law, Kim Wilburn, Ben Hardina and Stan Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Yvette Hart Wilburn; his children, Mike Wilburn of Virginia and Michelle Wilburn of Florida; his granddaughter Kanessa Campbell of North Carolina; his siblings, Shirley Coutts (Richard) of Pennsylvania, Mildred Hardina of Florida, Sandra Mullins (Benny) of Virginia, Janice Smith of Mount Hope and Gerald Wilburn of Mount Hope; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Tucker of Florida.
